100-Year-Old Modern Vintage City Home
Months ago I had the privilege of staging and photographing my sister’s beautiful 100-Year-Old Modern Vintage City Home!

Meet my sister, Emily.
Spanish teacher, head varsity volleyball coach, artist, and aunt extraordinaire.

Not only did she make that eucalyptus garland she is arranging, but she also made the wine she is holding. My grandfather has been making his own wine for years, so Emily has been learning the ropes from him.

I have to give a hearty thank you to Emily’s roommates as well for letting me confiscate their stuff to stage pretty pictures.

Come one in!
I love the black and white wall paper my sis added to her tiny entryway. It instantly pops!

At one point Emily’s roommate Kristen needed to leave for work, and she couldn’t find her purse.

Why wouldn’t it be hanging in the hallway perfectly arranged with sprigs of eucalyptus hanging out of it?

All for the good of the cause, Kristen.

Emily and I found that gorgeous old trunk at a re-uzit shop here in Lititz, PA, and I told her that if she didn’t buy it then I would.

Actually I really just wanted her to buy it because isn’t it PERFECTION here?

That detailing!

I love, love, love the tones in this room. The warmth of the wood, neutral color palette with soft green and copper accents speak my language.

I love the distressed detail on this end table.

There are two massive doors recessed into the walls that can be closed between these rooms.
Stay tuned because we are only just getting started and next week we will tour my favorite part of the house (her dining room) and the kitchen!

Happy Saturday!
