If you missed the Before Tour Part 1 check it out here! Grab your coffee and let’s take a look upstairs, and then we will check out the basement (remember the one that was 6ft underwater?!).
Let’s head upstairs!
Foreclosure House Renovation – UPSTAIRS
Dark brown walls. Not sure if it makes me feel depressed or hungry for chocolate. Or both.
Doors to master bath and walk in closet.
So dark. And so very purple.
The master bath.
And again with the purple.
No purple this time, but another Eagles green carpet!
Now let’s trek down to the basement. This was pre-flood when we first walked through it.
Foreclosure House Renovation – BASEMENT
And then this was after the ship sank.
Beautiful isn’t it? 1000 sqft of blank canvas just waiting to come to life. Hmm, I see another full bath (with shiplap please!!), a craft room for Mommy, an 8ft island and bar with drink cooler and bar sink, entertainment area, game table…
Foreclosure House Renovation – BACKYARD
The back of the house. Not a very exciting place to play. Now it is a backyard oasis with a 12ft above ground pool, custom designed concrete patio with fire pit, raised garden beds, integrated rain barrels with drip irrigation . . .stay tuned!
Get out your hammers, and watch this foreclosure house renovation begin!
