It is FASTer Way Friday, and today is my FAVORITE post of the month!! If you have been around here for any length of time, then you know I am all about the before and after pics.

But let’s be honest.

As much as my heart goes pitter-patter when I see a fabulous before and after kitchen renovation, there is nothing that compares to watching a person go from the toxic exhaustion of yo-yo dieting to the up-lifting energy of enjoying food as fuel to power effective exercise all while watching inches melt away.

These amazing clients struggled, detoxed, pushed, and succeeded. Many have gone on to my VIP program and are continuing their journey, and I am so grateful to be their coach!
