    I made the pie today. Used a gravy type masher for Graham crackers. Used reg size container of light cool whip. Had it in frig thawing some from bringing home from store. Don’t really need to top with cool whip but didn’t save any too do that. Was still soft after 1hr in frig. Stayed formed though. Put in freezer with Saran Wrap since just me. We’ll see how that hardens it. Graham cracker was awesome but top sides stuck some despite butter & didn’t overcook it. Grated some more grahams for top! I don’t make pies or desserts much but this was good.. lots of calories. Just took like maybe not even 4 Med-Lg lemons. Ty!!
