I would think this would adapt nicely to oat flour with ground nuts added. I think I will try that. Um, your popup ads are paralyzing your site, though. Makes it really hard to load content…as that loads last. Sandi

Looks yummy! I do wonder if I could use almond flour for this recipe. I love things I can make ahead and then not cook all week!

I did make it with almond flour once. My kids liked it. I didn’t. But I also am not a huge fan of the almond flour texture. But my kids liked it! If you try almond flour please let me know what you think!
