Ahna is a dual-certified nurse practitioner with specialties in adult critical care and family medicine. She is passionate about teaching research-based strategies to prevent disease and promote healthy transformation.
Prior to becoming a certified coach, Ahna did the program herself, and by adding ONE of the FWTFL fitness and nutrition strategies into her routine that she wasn’t already practicing she lost 7 inches over the course of several months.
