Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #17
Happy meal plan Monday! Zach was sick (not the Rona), and due to deadlines, I had some late nights of work which threw off my schedule.
Instead of getting up at my typical 5 am time I allowed myself to sleep in (till 630a) and gave my body a break. So far I seem to have escaped the bug that was going around, but we will see!
I am ready to get back into my routine.
I hope you are all staying well!
This week on the menu we have
- Sheet Pan Honeyed Salmon and Carrots
- Z’s Spicy Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Slow Cooker Chicken Marinara and Veggies
- Shrimp Fried Quinoa
- Honeyed Ham & Cheese Flatbread
