Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #18
Hi Friends! Happy meal plan Monday! Do you all have plans for Mother’s Day? I think we should have Mother’s Week. Anyone else?
Our family tradition for years has been to participate in a local charity event called the “Walk/Run For Life” to support a local crisis pregnancy center on Saturday morning, and then we spend the day planting my flower beds and gardens!
Dinner is then of my choice, and we typically order pick up so neither Zach or I have to bother with making or thinking about food.

This week on the menu we have
- Sheet Pan Candied Pork & Veggies
- Skillet Ham and Cauliflower Stir Fry
- Slow Cooker Tomato Beef Steak
- Slow Cooker Fajita Chicken Salad
- Easy Beef Vegetable Stew

RECIPES AT HAMMERS N HUGS WILL INCLUDE ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS THAT CAN OFTEN BE FROZEN AND HAVE BEEN TESTED AND APPROVED BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY
