Happy meal plan Monday! This week finally felt like summer, and I am LOVING it. The doors and windows are open and the fresh air is amazing..
As many of you know my sunroom, also my office triples as my workout room as well.
This time of year one of my favorite things is to open the back door and let the summer breeze fill the room while I workout and then cool down on the back porch.
There is nothing like walking out into the fresh, warm summer air at 6am each morning to hear the birds chirping with the satisfaction of knowing I have already finished working out for the day.

This week on the menu we have some new additions to the rotation [to note these are not all dairy and gluten free, but modify as needed]!
