Happy meal plan Monday! We are currently driving home from my aunt and uncle’s house in Tennessee and as always we had an amazing time.
I don’t know about your kids, but mine live in the water all summer long.
Whether we are at the beach or the pool, they love the water. It’s one of the reasons we plan to include a pool when we build.
It will definitely get used. Did you grow up with a pool? Do you recommend it? I can’t wait to have our own pool one day!!
In the meantime, let’s get ourselves organized for the busy post-vacation week ahead and check out our healthy dinner meal plan!
This week’s healthy dinner plan includes:
- Beef Zucchini Au Gratin
- Sheet Pan Honeyed Salmon and Carrots
