Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #37
Happy meal plan, Monday. This weekend means Game 3 of the football season is in the books and Zach’s team is now 2-1.

We love when friends and family join us in the stands!
This school year Zach and I have committed to one date night a month.
Unlike what we see in the movies I do not believe that happily ever after “just happens”.
Like any success story – it takes work, grit, and determination.
In my experience, couples that are truly happy in their marriage are fighting for it.
For Zach and me, part of that fight involves arming ourselves with the ammunition of connection by prioritizing a monthly date night just the two of us.

Or this past weekend it was a date afternoon.
We went to Collusion for the first time here in Lititz, and it was delicious!

We both got a burger and the caprese salad. It had a nice pub atmosphere and menu. I remember what the building looked like prior to the renovations, and they did a great job!
I highly recommend it for a lunch menu.
My weekly dinner plan is nothing as special as that burger you see, but as I have said before, we dial in during the week so that we can ease up during the weekend.
Here’s what is on the menu this week!
- Sheet Pan Honeyed Salmon & Carrots
- Egg Roll In A Bowl
- Slow Cooker Fajita Chicken Salad
- Sweet & Salty Easy Egg On Toast With Sausages
- Creamy Ham & Cheese Bake
MY COOKING PHILOSOPHY IS TO KEEP IT “HEALTHY AND EASY.”
RECIPES AT HAMMERS N HUGS WILL INCLUDE ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS THAT CAN OFTEN BE FROZEN AND HAVE BEEN TESTED AND APPROVED BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
