Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #51
Happy meal plan Monday! We kicked off our family’s Christmas festivities this past weekend with my mom’s side on Saturday and my MIL’s side on Sunday.
Some people are rich with money. We are rich with family. There aren’t too many couples who can say they truly enjoy their families let alone their extended families on all sides.
This is why we have 7 family Christmases every year. Ha.
We were laughing at these pics because Gracie was apparently taking pictures of us while we were listening to my grandfather talk, and we didn’t realize it.
Have you ever had pig stomach? This is a very Pennsylvania Dutch dish, and it was been a tradition on my mom’s side at Christmas for many years.
You actually stuff the pig’s stomach with sausage, potatoes, bread cubes, and onions then cook it.
I will have to get the recipe on here one of these days.
My sweet Gracie girl decided she would give cutting her hair another go last week (insert all of my sobs here). She regretted her self-trim instantly, and it did require a professional’s hand to touch it up.
They gave her this super cute braid when they were done.
