Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #58
Happy meal plan Monday! This weekend was a fun milestone because Caleb had his very first sleepover with friends.

Did you grow up going to and having sleepovers?
I have SO many memories of sleepovers with friends as a kid and teen. Some of my favorite conversations in life happened in those moments.
It’s one of the reasons I was determined that no matter how many battles I had to fight as a mom, my girls would share a room and my boys would share a room.
There were and still are some rough moments, but now Gracie and Lily actually prefer sleeping in the same room and don’t like when the other’s bed is empty.
Now we just need to get our sweet boy home so Caleb isn’t the only one who sleeps by himself as he so frequently reminds me.
The boys played football when they first got here, and then played football before they left.

I can’t say full on tackle football was the way we girls used to end our sleepovers, but it made me smile.

I pray these boys are friends for life just like their dads have been since playing football together in college.
We were spoiled to have food on hand at all times in Mexico the last couple weeks, but we are dialing back in and here is our healthy dinner meal plan for the week!
