Happy meal plan Monday! I hope you all had an amazing weekend! Let’s check out this week’s healthy meal plan!
This week on the menu we have Honeyed Salmon and Carrots, Skillet Ham and Cauliflower, Honey Garlic Meatballs and Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Acai Granola Bowl & Sausages, and Shrimp Fried Quinoa.

Do you have any idea why the shopping list would come up blank when I download it? (I tried on my Android phone and on my laptop). I watched your video and followed the instructions. (This happened to me last week as well….) BTW, I tried your recipes last week and LOVED THEM!! THANK YOU!!
I’m wondering if the lists aren’t copying correctly in Google Docs. I may have to just leave the blank template for people to fill in individually with whatever ingredients they need. This is the SWEETEST feedback! Thanks so much! I am so thrilled you are enjoying them!
