One of my New Year’s resolutions was to be better about meal planning. I don’t know about you, but one of my least favorite jobs is figuring out what to make for dinner each night.
I decided it was time to organize myself and create a practical weekly meal plan that aligned with our nutritional priorities to use for the following week.
So I created a digital pdf that I can download to our devices that includes all the recipe links as well as a grocery list.
It occurred to me that if it is making my life simpler, and I am already doing it for my own use anyway, I might as well share it in case it helps any of you!
