Wow. Another week of crazy weather! We got a whole bunch more snow here Thursday and Friday which meant two more snow days here at home with the kiddos.
My heart goes out to my Texan friends and the many others who were unexpectedly affected by bad weather.
My personal favorite on this week’s meal plan is the Creamy Tuna Pesto Flatbread. It is truly one of my favorite!
