Zach’s team played at home in the first round of playoffs, and I always feel a little conflicted. The competitive athlete in me desperately wants to see them win. The wife and mom is ok with a loss because I get my husband back.
They did win, by the way, so week 2 of playoffs here we come.
Although I don’t enjoy the cold, I do love the anticipation of the amazing holiday season to come. I enjoy the earlier start and gradual approach to ushering in the Christmas season and will start my decorating the end of this week.
Do not fear though, for all of you Thanksgiving lovers!
Thanksgiving is never forgotten in our home because one of my favorite weeks of the entire year is the week we spend at our family cabin for Thanksgiving with my dad’s side of the family.
It is one of my favorite places with some of my very favorite people. Not to mention some of my favorite food.
Let’s check out our healthy dinner plan for the week.
