If you have been to my house for dinner, then you have more than likely had my Honey Oat Bread and also my Chicken Broccoli and Cheddar Quinoa Casserole. The Honey Oat Bread is one of the best homemade breads I have ever made, and it has been a serving staple. For years I made bread by hand, and now with my Oster Bread Machine (one of the highest rated 2lb bread machines on Amazon), homemade bread is no longer a labor love!
This bread takes 10 minutes to prepare. Literally. I timed it. It takes 10 minutes to throw the ingredients into the machine and press the buttons. Set the time for whenever you want warm delicious bread to be ready and voila – fabulous homemade bread. This is also a staple in the meals I give away to people. Once it’s done, I wrap it in tin foil and arrive with a loaf of warm homemade bread.
Bon appetit!

Make sure you put the correct ingredients in first. The Oster Bread Machine recommends the liquid ingredients first.
Dry ingredients with the “yeast well”. Does anyone know why it’s recommended to make a little well for the yeast? I’ve always heard you should do this, but have never actually been told why.
It was 1030am when I threw the ingredients in the machine. I wanted fresh bread at 5p when we eat dinner. I set the timer for the bread to be finished in 6 hours and 30 minutes. For this bread I recommend setting the crust to a medium finish.
