Low Carb Oven Omelette
Make ahead, freeze for later and enjoy a healthy breakfast recipe any time of day with this delicious low carb oven omelette.
MY COOKING PHILOSOPHY IS TO KEEP IT “HEALTHY AND EASY.”
RECIPES AT HAMMERS N HUGS WILL INCLUDE ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS THAT CAN OFTEN BE FROZEN AND HAVE BEEN TESTED AND APPROVED BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

One of my favorite things about egg bakes is how easy they are to customize within one dish.
For example, in my slow cooker egg casserole recipe, I always load one half with veggies and the other half without for my kiddos.
The same thing can be done with this low carb oven omelet recipe.
When I happened to photograph this dish I put chicken breakfast sausage and a diced pepper on one side and not on the other.
To keep it dairy free simply hold the cheese.
So many ways to customize this low carb oven omelette!
Bon appetit!
