Smokey Ham Egg Casserole
Artisan bread soaked in a protein-rich yogurt egg blend and topped with bubbling cheese makes this smokey ham egg casserole recipe a winner!

This recipe is a Hammers N Hugs modification of Joanna Gaines’ “Savory Ham and Cheese Bread Pudding with Tomato Hollandaise” from her fabulous Magnolia Table Cookbook .
For those of you that know me or have been with us here at Hammers N Hugs, then you know that I rarely follow a recipe and usually make it my own.
I feel strongly about using all-natural ingredients and will also substitute for more nutrient-dense alternatives where I can.
It’s no surprise then that plain Greek yogurt found its way into this delicious recipe.
I would love to hear what you think.
