The BEST Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
Chocolate Cake
- 3 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 c cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c vegetable oil
- 2 c water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp vinegar
Chocolate Icing
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1/3 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c cocoa
Instructions
- Mix together all the cake ingredients and pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Mix together all the icing ingredients. Spread over cake.
