  1. Is it possibly to use this recipe without a bread machine if you don’t mint mixing and kneading.

  2. I’m new to baking. You say to spread filling after it’s doubled. I guess that’s another step before rolling. Also do you let buns reuse again before baking???

    1. Great questions! Yes, the filling is spread on after the dough has doubled and has been rolled out on your counter top. You do not need to let the buns rise again. Hope that helps!
