For 6 weeks you will receive one-on-one coaching from me in a private Facebook group (or through email) with other group members (limit of 50 per group), where you will receive daily accountability, support, and training.

About the FASTer Way with Ahna
As a dual-certified emergency medicine nurse practitioner with specialties in critical care and family medicine, I witness the suffering of illness and disease in a professional capacity on a regular basis.
But when that experience infiltrated my personal life in a way I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, I craved a platform to help people experience well-researched, life-restoring, disease-preventing transformation instead of the rescue medicine essential to the ER.
Prior to becoming a certified coach I did the 6 week program myself, and by adding one of the FWTFL fitness and nutrition strategies into my routine that I wasn’t already practicing I lost 7 inches over the course of several months.

The 6 week program is a one-time investment of $199. You can choose to add a spouse or accountability partner at check out for $99 (highly recommended as clients who sign up with an accountability partner tend to experience better results).
