Community and Support
For 6 weeks you will receive one-on-one coaching from me in a private Facebook group* with other group members (limit of 50 per group), where you will receive daily accountability, support, and training.
*Clients must have a FB account or be willing to create a temporary, private, unsearchable account per the directions included in my New Client Tool Kit (couples may share an account). I cannot accommodate email-only clients at this time.
After the 6 weeks, you will have the opportunity to continue into the VIP Program and join a community of thousands living the FASTer Way.

About the FASTer Way with Ahna
As a dual-certified emergency medicine nurse practitioner with specialties in critical care and family medicine, I witness the suffering of illness and disease in a professional capacity on a regular basis.
But when that experience infiltrated my personal life in a way I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, I craved a platform to help people experience well-researched, life-restoring, disease-preventing transformation instead of the rescue medicine essential to the ER.

The 6-week program is a one-time investment of $199. You can choose to add a spouse or accountability partner at check out for $99 (highly recommended as clients who sign up with an accountability partner tend to experience better results).
