  1. I hopped over from the Wonderful Wednesday blog hop. What a great article and video. I also question the validity of any studies reported in the news. And I question everything published by the NY Times! They have become notorious for lack of factual evidence in their reporting and I feel like they are primarily an opinion news source at this point. But that’s an entirely different topic of discussion! I have been intermittent fasting for about a year and I generally do 16-18 hours of fasting with only 6-8 hours of food consumption. Lately, I have been eating complete garbage during those hours and I have still be able to maintain my previous weight loss. I also find that when I get back to eating healthier while staying on my IF schedule, I will drop a few pounds fairly quickly. And then maintenance continues to be super easy while fasting. I want to end with this little compliment…you have the most beautiful eyes…absolutely captivating! Thanks so much for sharing this valuable information!
