Roll out the frozen crust and lay over a greased 9 inch pie plate and press the crust along the edge of the pie plate with a fork.
Mix the pie ingredients and pour over the crust. (Stop pouring when the filling is slightly below the crust as the filling will rise.)
Bake at 325F for 1 hr.
Allow to cool for 2 hours. Refrigerate. This will help it to set as well. Bring to room temperature prior to serving if desired. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream!
Prepare as directed above and allow to cool for 2 hours. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap andt hen with aluminum foil. Can be made several weeks in advance if deep frozen. Allow to haw overnight prior to serving.
