Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz roasted red pepper hummus
  • 12 oz Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 c packed spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 c scallions, diced
  • 1 c cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • sliced cucumbers for dipping
  • pita chips for dipping
  • carrot chips for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Spread the hummus on the bottom of a pie dish.
  • Spread the Tzatziki sauce over the hummus.
  • Layer the chopped spinach over the hummus.
  • Add the scallions to the spinach.
  • Layer the cucumber over the spinach/scallions.
  • Add the tomatoes.
  • Top with the feta cheese.
  • Serve immediately or refridgerate until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips, sliced cucumbers, and carrot chips!
