This gluten-free, dairy-free sheet pan fajita salmon and green beans recipe takes all of 10 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook, and no time at all to eat!
Salmon fillets & 2/3c green beans
salmon fillets, thawed
Lay the salmon and green beans in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
Bake at 425F for 20 mins. Serve over quinoa or rice as desired.
