  • 1/2 c nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt* *For DF use almond or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter


  • Add 1/2 c of nonfat Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
  • Mix 1 tbsp peanut butter into the yogurt.

Freezing Instructions

  • Place in the freezer until ahrd and enjoy as a frozen snack.
