With only two ingredients this delicious vanilla peanut butter whip recipe is an easy, high-protein snack that can be whipped up in minutes.
nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt*
*For DF use almond or coconut yogurt
all-natural peanut butter
Add 1/2 c of nonfat Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
Mix 1 tbsp peanut butter into the yogurt.
Place in the freezer until ahrd and enjoy as a frozen snack.
