Eliminate the carbs and enjoy this low-carb tuna salad sandwich recipe that is also naturally dairy and gluten free.
6 oz can
apple cider vinegar
romain lettuce leaves
tomatoes, peppers, avocado, cheese (optional)
Mix the tuna, mayo, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
Spread 1/4 c of the tuna salad onto a romaine lettuce leaf to create a low carb tuna salad sandwich.
Dust with onion and glarlic powder for added flavor.
Garnish with tomoatoes, peppers, avocado, or cheese as desired.
