Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pod Nespresso (or 4 oz espresso)
  • 1/3 c half and half

Instructions
 

  • Add the collagen and sugar to a glass.
  • Brew the espresso and pour into glass. Stir.
  • Add 1/3 c of half and half into the milk frother.
  • Pour into the glass of espresso and stir gently.
  • Spirnkle a dash of cinnamon on the top.
