Nespresso (or 4 oz espresso)
half and half
Add the collagen and sugar to a glass.
Brew the espresso and pour into glass. Stir.
Add 1/3 c of half and half into the milk frother.
Pour into the glass of espresso and stir gently.
Spirnkle a dash of cinnamon on the top.
